Maggie is wonderful! We needed to sell our home during what we felt was the ‘off’ season: November. Maggie visited our home in September and pointed out some things we could do to make the home more desirable. She provided a timeline/schedule for us so we could list the home in time for a November sale.


After getting the home ready, Maggie’s photographer took some amazing photographs which she then posted and also combined into a nice video presentation. She knew what kind of materials to provide to show the house in its ‘best light.’ For instance, a ‘drone flyover’ of the property would have been an unnecessary ‘fluff’ expense. She knows what documentation is beneficial to aid a sale. Getting all our own inspections done let us know what we were working with and left no surprises for her or us.


We listed the house on a Friday, and sold on Sunday for over asking. Way ahead of schedule! The escrow process is tedious but Maggie helped us through it and we closed a few weeks later. Remember she works for you. For example, during escrow we asked her if it would be weird to ask the buyer if they wanted to buy a sofa. She got back to us and said the buyer wanted to buy the entire room of furniture and then some!
