My fiancé and I are first time home buyers, so it was a little nerve wrecking to start the process. Also given the fact that we are very young a lot of businesses don’t take us serious when we walk in a lot of times and they try to take advantage of our inexperience. But Joel and Maggie made us feel very comfortable throughout the entire process not once did we feel like we were being taken advantage of or given misleading information.
They always explained everything very thoroughly to us always made sure we understood what was going on. We were able to ask them any and all the questions we had without any discomfort. Not once did they make us feel pressured to do anything we weren’t sure of. Not once did we feel pressured to rush into buying a home.
